January challenge


Challenge yourself to make a real change in your life this January. Come in and learn about how TOPO Fitness operates, how we exercise, and join the best community in Dillon. This is a 5 week course designed to introduce members to the fundamentals of fitness. We will focus on our main compound lifts, why we do what we do, and how to be healthier humans. Classes will be held every Friday from 6pm-7pm. The cap is 6 people so join soon, we hope to see you there!
